Prediction Markets on Dibs
Prediction markets are information aggregation mechanisms that allow participants to trade on the outcomes of future events. Prediction markets on Dibs are powered by Polymarket, a decentralized prediction market protocol built on Polygon. Polymarket provides infrastructure used to execute and settle orders through its central limit order book system.
Each contract relates to a market that operates under its own rules shown on the market page, including resolution criteria and market conditions. Participants engage in skill-based forecasting and analysis rather than games of chance.
Dibs does not offer gambling, gaming, or games of chance. Dibs does not operate as a house, take positions against users, or maintain a house edge. Transactions occur peer-to-peer through third-party infrastructure. Dibs does not take custody of your funds or your prediction market positions.
Prediction market features on Dibs are available only in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether your use of Dibs and Polymarket-connected functionality is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Copy Trading Risk
Dibs may offer features that let users follow other users and copy their trades. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Past performance is not indicative of future results
- Copying trades does not guarantee profits and may cause losses
- You are solely responsible for all trades executed in your account
- Dibs does not vet, verify, endorse, or guarantee any user's performance
- Execution timing differences can produce different prices and outcomes
Prohibited Conduct
You may not trade any event contract if you possess material, non-public information that could provide an unfair trading advantage. Users with conflicts of interest or special knowledge regarding market outcomes must refrain from trading affected contracts.
Market-specific prohibitions may apply and will be shown on the relevant market page. By placing a trade, you represent that you are not prohibited from trading that market.
Self-Custodial Wallet Risks
Dibs provides self-custodial wallet functionality. You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys and seed phrases. Dibs cannot access or recover private keys, cannot reverse blockchain transactions, and cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.
If you lose access to your private keys or seed phrase, you may permanently lose access to your assets.
